How we score Ethereum casinos
Where to play
Every score on this site comes from five checks you could redo yourself in a few minutes, on pages the casino publishes and in the register of its licence. Here are the checks, the sources, the dates and what we leave out on purpose.
How we score Ethereum casinos is a deliberately narrow business. We give no marks for graphics, for support, for the size of a bonus or for the “feel” of a site: those are matters of taste, or things we cannot verify the same way for everybody. We score five facts that decide how clear a casino is for anyone playing in ETH, and every one of them comes from a page you can open too.
The five checks
1. Licence in the register. We read the licence number the casino declares and look it up in the authority’s register. One point if the register shows it active or valid on the day of the check; half a point if the number is declared but the register shows no status for it; nothing if it cannot be found or is not declared at all.
2. Document rule written down. One point if the terms say when documents can be asked for: at sign-up, before every withdrawal, above a threshold or after a large win. A written rule does not mean they will not ask; it means you can know beforehand.
3. Withdrawal cap written down. One point if the most that can be taken out per day, per week or per month sits in a numbered clause. For anyone winning in ETH, a cap read beforehand is worth more than one discovered afterwards.
4. ETH and stablecoins in the cashier. One point if the cashier lists ETH alongside USDT or USDC; half a point if there is ETH alone. Many of the people who play on Ethereum keep the balance in stablecoins.
5. ETH network stated. One point if the casino’s help centre writes which network it credits ETH on: the main network only, or Base, BEP-20 and others as well. It is the rarest check to pass: Wild.io, Rocketpot and Shuffle manage it, along with Vave, which sits outside the scoring. Why it counts is explained in Ethereum networks.
The five points make a score out of 5, printed on every card in our ranking of Ethereum casinos. Where scores are level, the order is alphabetical.
Where the facts come from
- the casino’s terms and conditions, read on the live site;
- the cashier and the list of coins;
- the casino’s help centre, for networks, minimums and confirmations, read on 18 September 2026 from a server in Europe;
- the authority’s public register, for the status of the licence;
- for Vave only: our own deposits and the two withdrawals of 28 August and 2 September 2026.
We do not use archived copies of old pages or summaries from other sites. When a page will not open, because it answers with a bot check or builds itself only with a script, the fact stays “not stated” instead of being filled in. For eight casinos out of twelve that happened with the networks page, and the score shows it.
What we do not score
- Withdrawal speed. We do not time withdrawals and we give no figures for them.
- Accepted countries. They change often and depend on where you connect from. Read the terms and the sign-up page yourself.
- The value of a bonus. Offers change too often; how to read them is explained in bonuses in ETH.
- The cost of gas. That depends on the network and the hour, not on the casino; the arithmetic is in gas and fees.
Vave, outside the scoring
Vave carries no mark: it sits at the head, outside the ranking, with its own Vave review. It is also the only casino where we played with our own money, so the only one we can say more about than what is written down.
Who writes here
The CasinoEthereumItalia desk writes: people who use Ethereum wallets and read casino terms for a living. We sign as a desk and we do not invent authors. If you find a fact wrong or out of date, the correction arrives carrying the date of the new check.
Responsible play
No check on this page makes playing safe: it only makes the rules clearer. Play with what you can afford to lose, set a deposit limit before you start, and stop when it stops being fun. The Telefono Verde, the Italian national gambling helpline on 800 55 88 22, is anonymous and free; other tools are in responsible play.
