Ethereum casinos in Italy: the best of them, and which network to play ETH on

Ethereum casinos in Italy · September 2026

The best Ethereum casinos for anyone playing from Italy, read network by network: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base or USDT on ERC-20 decide how much gas you pay and whether the deposit arrives at all. We read the cashier, the terms and the help centre of 12 casinos that take ETH, and explain how to go from euros to ETH and what each step costs.

A 0x address is the same on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Base, but a casino credits only the network its cashier names: ETH sent over another network can be lost.

Ethereum casinos are plentiful, including for anyone playing from Italy, but the useful question is not which casino takes ETH: of the 101 operators we keep on file, 28 put it in the cashier. The question is which network they take it on. The same address beginning with 0x works on Ethereum, on Arbitrum, on Base and on a dozen other compatible networks, and your wallet will happily use it on all of them. The casino, meanwhile, watches one network, or two, or six. Send ETH on the wrong one and the deposit never shows up — and some casinos write in plain words that in that case the funds are gone.

So we read twelve Ethereum casinos in three places: the terms, the licence register, and the help centre, which is usually where it says which network the ETH arrives on, what the minimum is and how many confirmations are needed. We read them on 18 September 2026 from a server in Europe, and where a page would not open we say so instead of guessing. Anyone looking for an Ethereum casino from Italy will find the ranking here and, further down, how to change euros into ETH, how to make the first deposit and what each step costs, fees included.

Vave sits outside the scoring: it is the only casino on this page where we deposited and withdrew our own money, and a mark from 0 to 5 would flatten exactly that. The other twelve are in score order, read in each operator’s terms, in its licence register and in its help centre. Every Go to site button opens the same casino — the one on the first card — and none of them opens the operator named beside it.

Ethereum casinos, September 2026: each card shows the score from 0 to 5 across five checks, the licence, the networks the casino credits ETH on and the minimum ETH deposit, where it is written down.

The best Ethereum casinos in Italy, in short

The top of the Ethereum casinos for players in Italy, a line each:

The other eight online casinos with Ethereum in the ranking score 3 or 2.5. Almost always for the same reason: we could not read which network they credit ETH on.

How to read the ranking of Ethereum casinos in Italy

Every casino on the list scores from 0 to 5, one point per check, with half a point where noted:

  • Licence in the register. One point if the authority’s register shows the licence as active or valid; half if the casino gives a number but the register shows no status for it.
  • Document rule written down. One point if the terms say when they can ask you for a document: at sign-up, before a withdrawal, above a threshold. It does not mean they will not ask; it means you can know beforehand.
  • Withdrawal cap written down. One point if the most you can take out per day, per week or per month sits in a numbered clause of the terms.
  • ETH and stablecoins in the cashier. One point if USDT or USDC stand next to ETH, half if there is ETH alone. People who play on Ethereum often keep the balance in stablecoins.
  • ETH network stated. One point if the help centre says which network the casino credits ETH on. This is the check that separates this list from the others, and also the one most casinos fail: only three of the twelve write it in a page we managed to read.

The detail behind each check, and what we leave out on purpose, is in how we score.

Top Ethereum casinos in Italy: the first four, one by one

Wild.io, 5 out of 5. It is the only one that passes every check. The Curaçao licence OGL/2024/210/0198 shows as active, the terms set a cap of 100,000 USD a week at clause 9.6, and the help centre is the clearest we found: ETH and USDT run over ERC-20 only, that is, over the main Ethereum network. For USDT on Tron or on BNB Chain the cashier uses different tickers, USDTT and USDTB, so you cannot mix them up. The minimum ETH deposit is 0.002, and crediting follows after 10 confirmations.

The Wild.io page on minimum deposits and networks
Wild.io writes that ETH and USDT deposits and withdrawals run over ERC-20 only, and that tokens sent from a smart contract are not supported. USDT on Tron and on BNB Chain has a ticker of its own in the cashier, USDTT and USDTB.

Rocketpot, 4.5 out of 5. Half a point less on the licence: the casino declares 1668/JAZ of Curaçao, but the register shows no status for it. Otherwise it is the most explicit of all on networks, in the opposite direction to Shuffle: it writes that it cannot accept deposits from Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Polygon and others, and that a deposit from one of those, or below the minimum, can be lost. The ETH minimum is 0.01; the minimum withdrawal is 0.0172 ETH. The terms set a cap of 5,000 USD a month for anyone who wins 5,000 USD or more (clause 11.5).

Shuffle, 4 out of 5. The most open Ethereum casino on networks. It takes ETH on the Ethereum network, on BEP-20, on Base and on Robinhood Chain, and USDC on six networks, Arbitrum among them. It loses a point because we found no written withdrawal cap in the terms. When you withdraw, the blockchain fee comes out of the amount: ask for 0.1 ETH and you get 0.1 ETH less the gas.

List of the coins and networks Shuffle accepts
Shuffle accepts ETH on Ethereum, BEP-20, Base and Robinhood Chain, and USDC on six networks, Arbitrum among them. The page is dated 24 July 2026.

Wild Fortune, 4 out of 5. A valid Anjouan licence, a cap of €15,000 a month at clause 11.8, and ETH with USDT in the cashier. It loses the point on the network: its payments page would not open for our server, so we do not know which network it credits ETH on. You find that out in the cashier, under the deposit address.

The other eight Ethereum casinos: what is known and what is not

CoinPoker, CryptoGames, DuckDice, Metaspins, Rainbet and Rakebit take 3 out of 5: an active or valid licence, a written document rule, ETH and stablecoins in the cashier. None of the six writes a withdrawal cap in any clause we found, and for none of the six could we read which network it takes ETH on: some pages answer with a bot check, others build themselves only with a script. That is not a judgement on the casino, it is a limit on what we were able to verify, and the score says so.

LTC Casino and Wolf.bet close the list on 2.5: the licence is declared but the register shows no status for it. Wolf.bet has one detail that matters to anyone playing on Ethereum: it lists OP, the Optimism token, and POL, the Polygon one, as coins in their own right. That does not mean it takes ETH from those networks; it means it takes those tokens.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for metaspins.com
metaspins.com is run by Metaspins N.V. under licence OGL/2024/1063/0437, issued on 04/10/2024 and showing as Active in the register.

What makes a casino an Ethereum casino

Almost every crypto casino puts the Ethereum logo at the foot of the page, next to Bitcoin’s. An Ethereum casino, in the sense we use here, is something else: a casino where anyone arriving with an Ethereum wallet finds it written down what happens to their ETH. Which network it is credited on, from what amount, after how many confirmations, and whether the stablecoins held on that same network are accepted. Bitcoin does not call for any of this, because Bitcoin has one network. Ethereum has many, and the difference between a deposit that arrives and one that is lost runs through them.

Illustration: a roulette wheel and an Ethereum coin in front of the Colosseum at night
An illustration, not a casino lobby: Rome at night, a roulette wheel and the Ethereum symbol. You pick the casino from the ranking above, and the network from the cashier.

That is why our list of Ethereum casinos does not reward whoever holds the most coins or offers the biggest bonus. It rewards whoever writes the rules somewhere you can read them before you send. Wild.io does it across three help centre pages; Rocketpot does it by listing the networks it refuses; Shuffle does it by listing every one it accepts, contract included. The others may be excellent casinos, but anyone playing there in ETH has to find out at the cashier.

There is a second, less visible side to it. People who play on Ethereum often do not play in ETH: they hold USDT or USDC on the same network and deposit that. At an Ethereum casino built properly, the stablecoins carry the network written beside the name, as USDTE and USDTT do at Wild.io and Rocketpot. It is a typographic detail, and it prevents the commonest mistake of all.

Playing with Ethereum from Italy: what you gain and what you take on

Playing at an online casino with Ethereum, for a player in Italy, has concrete advantages:

  • Deposits at any hour. An ETH send does not wait for a bank: it leaves on a Sunday or at midnight as readily as on a working day, and arrives once the confirmations the casino asks for are in.
  • No casino fee on the deposit, at the casinos we read. You pay the network its gas, which on the L2s usually costs far less.
  • The balance stays yours until the deposit. You keep the ETH in your own wallet and send only what you have decided to play.
  • Stablecoins on the same network. If you do not want the price risk of ETH, you can deposit USDT or USDC from the same wallet.
  • Withdrawals to your own address. The win arrives at the wallet you name, and every step can be checked on Etherscan.

And it has limits worth knowing beforehand:

  • The price of ETH moves. A win in ETH can be worth less in euros the next day.
  • A send cannot be cancelled. The wrong network or the wrong address can mean the money is gone.
  • Every conversion costs. Euros to ETH and back carries exchange fees, gas and spread: they are set out further down.
Illustration: chips, cards and ETH coins with the Colosseum and the Grand Canal behind them
An illustration: chips, cards and coins carrying the Ethereum symbol. At real casinos an ETH balance is a number in the cashier, and it follows the price of Ethereum even when you are not playing.

Which network to deposit ETH on

Ethereum is one network; around it sit the second-layer networks, the L2s such as Arbitrum, Optimism and Base, which gather many transactions and write them to Ethereum in one go. On an L2 the ETH is the same ETH, gas costs a fraction, and the address is identical. The point is that the casino has to be watching that network. If the cashier says “ETH” and nothing more, in almost every case it means the main network; if it also takes an L2, it writes that beside it, as Shuffle does with Base.

A wallet with one 0x address connected to three networks, Ethereum, Arbitrum and Base, of which only one reaches the casino
The same 0x address exists on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Base, but a casino that credits ERC-20 only sees the transaction on the Ethereum network. The other two land at an address the casino does not control on that network.

The practical rule is single: pick the network the cashier names, and in the wallet check that the selected network is that one before you press send. The rest of the guide to networks, with what happens when you get it wrong and what can be recovered, is in Ethereum networks.

What gas costs, in practice

The casino usually asks nothing for a deposit: you pay the network. The cost is gas used times gas price. A plain ETH send always uses 21,000 units of gas; a USDT or USDC send on ERC-20 uses more, because it is a call to the token’s contract. The gas price is measured in gwei, a billionth of an ETH, and it never stops moving.

An example, with figures to swap for the day’s own: with gas at 1 gwei, 21,000 units make 0.000021 ETH. If ETH is worth €3,000, that is about six cents. With gas at 20 gwei, in a busy moment, the same send costs twenty times as much, about €1.26. On the L2s the same send usually costs a fraction of a cent. The wallet shows you the estimate before you confirm; that is the figure to look at. The full arithmetic, withdrawals included, is in gas and fees.

ETH or USDT?

Deposit in ETH and you play with a balance that moves with the price of Ethereum: a win of 0.1 ETH can be worth more or less in euros the next day. Deposit in USDT and the balance is pegged to the dollar. Here too the network counts: the same coin carries a different minimum depending on the route.

Minimum USDT deposit at Vave by network: 5 on TRC-20, 3 on Solana, 19.99 on ERC-20
Three networks, three minimums, from the table in the Vave help centre (updated 18/09/2023): on ERC-20 the minimum is four times the one on TRC-20, because gas on the Ethereum network is dearer too. It is worth checking the figure in the cashier before depositing.

At Vave the minimum USDT deposit is 5 on TRC-20, 3 on Solana and 19.99 on ERC-20. The table is dated September 2023 and gives no reason; as a rule the minimum follows the cost of the network, and ERC-20 is the dearest of the three. If you hold USDT on ERC-20 and want to deposit a small sum, check the minimum in the cashier before you send. Everything on that point is in USDT ERC-20.

Minimum deposits and confirmations

Three casinos write the minimum ETH deposit in a page we read: Wild.io 0.002, Rocketpot 0.01, Vave 0.0109934. Below that figure the deposit may not be credited. Remember that gas comes out of what you send if you pay it from the same balance: if the minimum is 0.01 and you send exactly 0.01, the casino receives 0.01, but your wallet also has to hold the gas.

Minimum ETH deposit: Wild.io 0.002, Rocketpot 0.01, Vave 0.0109934
The three ETH minimums written in the help centres we were able to read. Below the minimum a deposit may not be credited: Rocketpot writes that in that case the funds can be lost.

Then come the confirmations. Vave credits ETH after 2 of them, Wild.io after 10. On the Ethereum network a block takes about twelve seconds, so ten confirmations are a couple of minutes if the transaction enters a block straight away. For USDT on other networks Wild.io asks for more: 19 on TRC-20 and 25 on BEP-20. These are not guaranteed times, but they explain why the balance does not update the second you press send.

Confirmations required before crediting: Vave 2 for ETH, Wild.io 10 for ETH, 19 for USDT on TRC-20 and 25 on BEP-20
How many blockchain confirmations each casino waits for before crediting. The number says how many blocks have to follow your transaction, not how many minutes: every network produces blocks at its own pace.

How to deposit at an Ethereum casino from Italy

The whole route, for anyone starting from euros in a bank account, has three stages: change the euros into ETH, move the ETH into your own wallet, send it to the casino on the right network. Anyone who already holds ETH in a wallet skips straight to the third.

The route from euros to ETH and on to the casino: bank, exchange, wallet and casino, with the cost of each step
Four stops and three costs: paying euros into the exchange (SEPA transfer or card), withdrawing ETH from the exchange to the wallet, and the gas on the send to the casino. Buying by card from the casino cashier skips two stops, and usually costs more.

From euros to Ethereum: how to change EUR into ETH

There are three routes, and they differ mostly in cost and in the number of steps.

1. An exchange with a SEPA transfer. Open an account at a European exchange that takes euros, such as Coinbase, Kraken or Bitpanda, pay the euros in by SEPA transfer from your bank and buy ETH. For sums that are not small this is usually the cheapest route, but it calls for identity verification at the exchange and a few hours or a working day for the transfer to land. Then you withdraw the ETH from the exchange to your wallet, or straight to the casino address if the network matches.

2. Card from the wallet. MetaMask and other wallets carry a button to buy ETH by card through outside providers. It is quick and the ETH lands in the wallet directly, but the card costs more than the transfer: the final figure is shown to you by the provider before payment.

3. Card from the casino cashier. Some casinos build the purchase in: at Vave the cashier hands you over to Changelly and Onramper, which sell crypto by card and send it to your deposit address. It is the route with the fewest steps, and usually not the cheapest.

Whichever route you take, check one thing: which network the exchange or the provider sends the ETH on. If the casino takes the main network only, the withdrawal from the exchange has to go out on “Ethereum” or “ERC-20”, not on Arbitrum or Base.

Fees: what each step costs

From the euro in the account to the stake there are up to five costs, and from the withdrawal back to euros two more. None is large on its own, but they add up.

StepWho charges itWhere you read it
Paying euros into the exchangebank and exchange: SEPA usually costs little, card morethe exchange’s fee page
Buying ETHexchange: trading fee or spreadthe purchase confirmation screen
Withdrawing ETH from the exchangeexchange: usually a flat figure in ETH, different per networkthe exchange’s withdrawal screen
Sending to the casinothe Ethereum network: the gasthe estimate in the wallet before you confirm
Depositing at the casinoat the casinos we read, no feethe casino cashier
Withdrawing from the casinogas, sometimes taken out of the amount (Shuffle)the cashier, the figure you will receive
Selling ETH and transferring eurosexchangethe exchange’s fee page

Two practical notes. Take fewer steps, not more: every conversion and every send has a cost. And compare the final figure you receive, not the advertised percentage: a purchase spread can cost more than a stated fee. The gas arithmetic in euros is in gas and fees.

From wallet to casino, in order

  1. In the cashier pick ETH and look at the network named under the address.
  2. Copy the address with the copy button, never by hand.
  3. In MetaMask select that same network at the top: Ethereum, not Arbitrum or Base, if the casino asks for the main network.
  4. Paste the address and check the first and last four characters.
  5. Enter an amount above the casino’s minimum and look at the gas estimate.
  6. Confirm, and wait for the confirmations the casino asks for.

The first deposit is better made small, just above the minimum: if it arrives, the route is right. The step-by-step guide, with the commonest mistakes, is in MetaMask and casinos.

Withdrawing from an Ethereum casino

A withdrawal is a deposit in reverse, with one difference: here you write the address and the casino picks the network. If the casino pays ETH on the main network only, a MetaMask address is fine; if it pays on an L2, your wallet has to see that network to show you the balance. Shuffle takes the gas out of the withdrawal amount; Rocketpot sets a minimum withdrawal of 0.0172 ETH. Before asking for a large withdrawal, read the clause on the cap and the one on documents: at Rocketpot the verification threshold is written at clause 11.4.

Clauses 11.4 and 11.5 of the Rocketpot terms
In the same passage: 11.4 sets a document check from 0.05 BTC or 2,500 USD upwards, 11.5 a cap of 5,000 USD a month for anyone who wins 5,000 USD or more.

The rest, from the choice between ETH and USDT for cashing out to the document check, is in withdrawals in ETH.

Vave, outside the scoring

Vave is the one casino on this page where we put our own money in: we deposited in crypto and withdrew twice, on 28 August and 2 September 2026, and on neither occasion were we asked for documents. That is why it sits at the head and outside the scoring: a mark from 0 to 5, built on what an operator writes, would flatten the only thing that sets it apart here, namely the route actually walked.

For anyone playing on Ethereum there are three things to know. ETH arrives on the main network and is credited after 2 confirmations. USDT is deposited on ERC-20, TRC-20 or Solana, with a different minimum for each network. The licence is from Curaçao, OGL/2024/1676/0905, held by Latcas B.V., active in the register when we read it.

Table of minimum deposits in the Vave help centre
Vave’s help centre, page last updated 18/09/2023: ETH from 0.0109934, USDT from 5 on TRC-20, from 3 on Solana and from 19.99 on ERC-20. The same USDT costs a minimum four times higher on the Ethereum network. The cashier may show more recent figures.

The detail, from clauses 8.7, 8.8 and 8.11 of the terms to our two withdrawals, is in the Vave review.

The 150% bonus and the ×35 wagering

The first deposit at Vave takes a 150% bonus, with a minimum of 20 USDT to take part and a maximum of 120,000 USDT. The bonus has to be wagered 35 times before it can be withdrawn. With 100 USDT deposited you receive 150 USDT of bonus and need 5,250 USDT of stakes.

A 100 USDT deposit at Vave: 150 USDT of bonus and 5,250 USDT of required wagering
With 100 USDT deposited the 150% bonus is worth 150 USDT, and ×35 wagering on the bonus makes 5,250 USDT of play before the bonus can be withdrawn. The red bar is the one to look at before accepting.

Welcome bonuses at crypto casinos are built this way almost without exception, and the number to look at is always the wagering, not the percentage. More useful, for anyone who plays often, are the loyalty schemes, the rakeback and the cashback, which hand back part of what you stake with no wagering to unlock. How to read them is in bonuses in ETH.

Documents and checks at Ethereum casinos

No casino on the list promises never to ask for a document. What changes is how it writes that down. Rocketpot sets a threshold, 0.05 BTC or 2,500 USD. Vave, at clause 8.7, reserves the right to ask for a check before any payment, with 14 days to answer. CryptoGames asks for verification before the first deposit as a general rule. LTC Casino writes on its home page that no documents are needed to sign up. A written rule does not protect you from the request, but it tells you when to expect it. If you expect to withdraw a serious sum, keep an identity document and a proof of address ready.

Online Ethereum casinos in Italy: what players actually want

Anyone typing “Ethereum casino Italy” or “ETH casino Italy” into a search box usually wants three things: a list of casinos that take ETH, a simple way to deposit starting from euros, and the certainty that the deposit will arrive. The ranking above answers the first, the sections on euros, deposits and fees the other two. An online Ethereum casino for players in Italy is, in practice, chosen by looking at the cashier rather than the banner: network accepted, minimum, confirmations, withdrawal cap.

Five questions before picking an Ethereum casino

  1. Which network does it credit ETH on? If the cashier does not say, it almost always means the main network; if you want to use an L2, look for a casino that names it.
  2. What is the minimum deposit in ETH, and in USDT on your network? At Vave the same stablecoin carries three different minimums.
  3. Is the withdrawal cap written down? Wild.io, Wild Fortune and Rocketpot write it in a clause; for the others we did not find one.
  4. When do they ask for documents? A written threshold, like Rocketpot’s, beats a vague formula.
  5. Does the licence show in the register? The number at the foot of the page takes a minute to check.

None of these questions has anything to do with the bonus or the graphics, and every one of them has an answer that can be read before the first deposit. They are the same questions we put to every Ethereum casino on the list, and the scores are the answers.

Three mistakes that cost more than gas

Sending ETH from the wrong network. The dearest mistake, because it can cost the whole deposit. Rocketpot spells it out: from Arbitrum, Base or Polygon the funds can be lost.

Depositing the exact minimum with the max button. The wallet takes the gas out of the amount and the casino receives less than the minimum. Always send a little more, and keep the gas aside.

Accepting a bonus without reading the wagering. With a bonus live, a withdrawal waits. If your plan was to play a little and withdraw soon, a bonus with ×35 wagering works against the plan.

Responsible play

No way of depositing changes the house edge: in every casino game the house keeps part of every stake over the long run. With crypto the risk carries one extra edge: an ETH balance moves even while you are not playing, and a deposit takes a minute at any hour. Before you play, set a deposit limit in the account, decide how much you are willing to lose and stop when you have lost it. If play stops being fun, call the Telefono Verde, the Italian national gambling helpline, on 800 55 88 22, anonymous and free. The tools the casinos give you, and how to use them, are in responsible play.

An illustration of a session on a phone. An ETH deposit takes a minute at any hour of the day: which is why the deposit limit is set beforehand.

Every guide to playing in ETH from Italy

Every Ethereum casino on this page changes its cashier and its terms without notice. Before you deposit, open the cashier again, reread the network it names and make one small send first: it is the cheapest check there is.

Questions players ask

Which are the best Ethereum casinos in Italy?
On our five checks the top of the Ethereum casinos for anyone playing from Italy reads: Wild.io 5 out of 5, Rocketpot 4.5, Shuffle and Wild Fortune 4. Vave sits at the head and outside the scoring, because it is the only one where we deposited and withdrew our own money.
How do I turn euros into Ethereum in order to play?
Three routes: an exchange where you pay euros in by SEPA transfer or card and buy ETH; a wallet such as MetaMask that buys ETH through an outside provider; or a card purchase inside the casino cashier, as Changelly and Onramper do at Vave. Then you send the ETH to the deposit address, on the network the cashier names.
Which is the best Ethereum casino for a player in Italy?
On our five checks Wild.io takes 5 out of 5: a Curaçao licence active in the register, a written document rule, a cap of 100,000 USD a week at clause 9.6, ETH and stablecoins in the cashier, and a page that says which network the ETH arrives on (Ethereum only, ERC-20). Rocketpot follows with 4.5, Shuffle and Wild Fortune with 4. Vave sits at the head and outside the scoring: it is the only one we used our own money at.
Can I deposit ETH from Arbitrum or from Base?
Only if the casino says so. Shuffle takes ETH on Base as well; Rocketpot writes that it cannot accept deposits from Arbitrum, Base and Polygon; Wild.io takes ETH on the Ethereum network only. The 0x address is the same on all of those networks, so the wallet will not stop you: choosing the network the cashier names is your job.
What does it cost to deposit ETH at a casino?
The casino usually asks nothing for the deposit; you pay the network its gas. A plain ETH send uses 21,000 units of gas: with gas at 1 gwei that is 0.000021 ETH. A USDT send on ERC-20 burns more, because it is a call to a contract. The gas price moves minute by minute: look at it in the wallet before you confirm.
Is it better to play in ETH or in USDT?
In ETH the balance rises and falls with the price of Ethereum even while you are not playing. In USDT the balance stays in dollars. At Vave the USDT minimum is 5 on TRC-20 and 19.99 on ERC-20, so the network counts for stablecoins too.
Do Ethereum casinos ask for documents?
Every one on our list keeps the right to ask. Rocketpot writes a threshold at clause 11.4, from 0.05 BTC or 2,500 USD upwards; Vave, at clause 8.7, may ask for a check before any payment. In our two withdrawals at Vave nobody asked us for documents, but that is not a promise.
How many confirmations does an ETH deposit need?
It depends on the casino. Vave credits ETH after 2 confirmations, Wild.io after 10. Each confirmation is one more block stacked on top of yours on the Ethereum network, and a block takes about twelve seconds.
